Impressions:

The winter school offered talks from excellent tutors, who also gave their input in the hands-on workshop sessions. It provided solid background on how to plan intervention research rigorously and on what resources and expertise are needed. Good mix of participants as well, since it was open to more experienced researchers from various fields related to education as well as to graduate students from several countries, which led to a fruitful exchange of ideas and expertise.
